Privacy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

Munita House is a private membership club. This page explains how we handle the little information you may choose to send us. We keep this as short as the law allows.

Who we are

Munita House is operated from the United Kingdom. For privacy questions write to privacy@munitahouse.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form, typically:

We do not run advertising cookies, analytics dashboards, or marketing lists. The site may use a strictly necessary technical cookie if the host requires it to deliver the page.

Why we use it

To read your enquiry and, if appropriate, continue a private correspondence about membership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in considering introductions, and — where you ask us to reply — the steps needed before a possible arrangement.

Who sees it

A small number of people who keep the House. We do not sell data. We do not publish who has written. A hosting or email provider may process the message solely to deliver it.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted within 12 months. If a conversation continues, we keep what is needed for that correspondence and no longer.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to object to our use of it. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
